The main problem of supply chain disruption at the moment is the difficulty of importing equipment and technology. For example, hydrogen production and underground storage technologies. The most energy-efficient equipment in this area has been supplied by our former Western partners. Accordingly, it is difficult for companies to meet environmental and climate goals.

A significant contribution from the government would be to assist in the negotiation process for the exemption from sanctions of equipment needed to modernise production facilities and reduce the environmental impact.
