It is very important to motivate managers and ordinary employees to implement ESG principles and support them in their daily work. In order to solve this task, we create general guidelines, documents, and work algorithms. It must be clear to everyone involved in the ESG-transformation in the corporation what the framework for these processes is, what principles underpin our work and what we are striving for.

We also raise the awareness of all personnel from top managers to line employees and develop a corporate culture so that everyone understands their contribution to the sustainable development of the company and shares responsibility towards partners and customers.
