Political conflicts are in any case a temporary situation: sooner or later the parties start negotiations, come to an agreement and restore constructive relations. But logistics and trade relations, unfortunately, usually do not return to their pre-crisis state. Now there is also a danger that we will deviate from the trajectory of technological development that could have existed in Russia and would have ensured the achievement of decarbonisation goals by modernising production processes in a different development.
