There is no such contradiction in the business paradigm for companies that have chosen to pursue a sustainability strategy as a long-term approach. We have repeatedly said that sustainable projects and sustainable brands and investments in these areas are what the company is chosen for, both by consumers and potential employees who would like to work for it.

So social responsibility is our competitive advantage, which doesn’t really negate the return on investment. Often in business, investors expect the quickest possible return on investment. But in the case of sustainability, you have to understand that investments here do not pay off as quickly as in other areas. And most companies investing in sustainability today have come to understand this.
