In my opinion, expanding urban agglomeration by developing low-rise construction will not solve the problem of microclimates in cities. If we look at the issue systematically, we have to take into account that low-rise construction on the periphery of the city requires the creation of transport infrastructure.

f it is not provided, the pressure on the environment will increase by increasing the number of cars in neighbourhoods with poor transport links. In addition, most drivers in Russia still use petrol, so CO2 emissions will outweigh the positive effect of low-rise development.
